UKRAINE, RUSSIAN WAR: FG TO EVACUATE NIGERIANS ON MONDAY

  By: PharaohEZ The Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Humphrey Onyema told journalists yesterday that the FG is making plans to evacuate Nigerians living and schooling in Ukraine. He further said that, Nigerians should not be afraid but they should be calm, as they are talking to Airpeace to assist them. The House of Representatives also had a quick session where they called on PMB to do something urgent to evacuate Nigerians in Ukraine. Mrs. Abike Dabiri the Minister for Nigerians in Diaspora Affairs said all hands is on desk to ensure the safety of Nigerians in Ukraine. She said for now that nothing can be done as land borders and Airports are closed.   Its said that there are over 4,000 Nigerians living and schooling in Ukraine. They have been told to reach out to the Nigerian Embassy for safety pending when FG will come to their aid.   Written by: PharaohEZ As the race for 2023 elections are gradually approaching, those that seems to matters in the political space like eagles are coming to nest.   Yesterday, former Gov. of Kano State, Engineer Rabiu KWANKWASO, Prof. Pat UTOMI, and the former Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Etahiru Jega squared up to form a new Political Group known as The National Movement (TNM). Speaking at Abuja the former Gov Rabiu KWANKWASO, said on Tuesday while speaking to journalists that the formation of the Third Force is in preparation towards the 2023 general elections in the country.   When being questioned by journalists whether they will merge with other political parties, he further said that when the time comes they will let Nigerians know about it. FUEL SCARCITY BITES HARDER IN LAGOS

  By: PharaohEZ Lagosians are not finding it funny at all, as fuel scarcity bites harder.   Each coming and passing day is gradually becoming hellish for both Commuters and Car owners.   The roads are almost like a Ghost Yards, with virtually all the bus stops crowded like market. Commuters complained that transportation had skyrocketed hundred percent. Some vehicle owners said that the few filling stations that has PMS is selling at an unofficial price. Long queues were seen today Wednesday, 16 th February, 2022, at Egbeda all the way down to Airport Road in Ajao area of Oshodi. As I drove around to monitor the plight of Lagosians. Long queues had once again returned back to Lagos Roads with few yellow buses with the product taking advantage of the people. POLICE RAID OKADA IN LAGOS

  By : PharaohEZ Early hour of Thursday 4th January, 2022, a group of Nigeria police force patrol team at Ikeja raided a motorcycle, which is popularly called ‘’ Okada'' in the local parlance.  It’s said that the team of police men who were in a convoy while carrying out their normal routine patrol at the popular Oba Akran road, Ikeja, intercepted a commercial bike rider at 10am. Upon sitting the police vehicle approaching the biker tried to maneuver himself through the long queue of vehicles but he was so unfortunate. He briskly jumped out of his Okada deserting his passengers to their fate. Two police officers held on to his motorcycle as they tried to seize it from committing further damage to the Army Green Toyota Camry 2006 Model.
