FEDERAL MINISTRY OF FINANCE GUTTERED BY FIRE

Nigerians woke up on Wednesday morning 22nd February, 2023. With the shocking news of the Federal Ministry of Finance building Abuja, being gutted by fire.

 

The Federal Fire Service responded swiftly as the inferno was briskly contained before it could spread to other parts of the building. It was discovered according to an eyewitness account, that the fire began from the room housing the battery inverters. It was later discovered that two battery inverters exploded which resulted to the inferno.

Black smokes rented the atmosphere as the Federal Ministry of Finance building which is situated at the Central business district of Abuja due to the fire outbreak.

MC OLUOMO BREAK AWAY FROM NURTW

  By: PharaohEZ Following the recent suspension handed out to the Lagos chairman of Nigeria Union Of Road Transport Workers (NURTW),   Alhaji Musilliu Ayinde   Akinsanya popularly known as MC OLUOMO by the National body in Abuja. In the letter he was told to handover to his Deputy-Chairman properties belonging to the Union with immediate effect by the National President. This is due to the misunderstanding and infighting that has been going on amongst the Union especially at the Lagos branch. He was being accused of an act of insubordination. MC OLUOMO while speaking at the Union Secretariat office on Thursday 10 th 2022 at Agege, seized the opportunity to call on the Lagos State Government, GOV Babajide Sanwo-Olu to take over the State branch of the Union.
